Inspiration often comes from where you least expect it, at least to me. But whether you're stuck on that new project or simply just want to absorb some true graphic beauty, there are places to go. Personally I tend to start each morning with a visit to a few truly inspirational sites. Just to get a good start of the day.
So, help yourselves. My very best sources of inspiration.
Ffffound
Pretty obvious but Ffffound never ceases to amaze me. Quality of posts varies, but the top ones are truly outstanding. Oh, and there's an iPhone app as well. Perfect on the subway. http://ffffound.com
siteInspire
Easily the best site gallery. As opposed to other similar sites, siteInspire focuses on beautiful and original new sites. http://siteinspire.net
FormFiftyFive
Hand picked high quality graphic work from around the globe. And the site in itself is a pleasure both to watch and to use. http://www.formfiftyfive.com
but does it float
Very artistic and and less conventional graphic work. The (in my opinion) top hits on Ffffound often originates from here. http://butdoesitfloat.com
Creattica
More conventional graphic design, lots of stationary and logos. Displays some really creative and well implemented ideas. http://creattica.com
TypoJungle
Kind of a new acquaintance to me. Updated several times a day with high quality work in graphic design, often with innovative use of typography. http://www.typojungle.net
