Flickr offers a lot of great, and a lot of not so great photos. Finding your way through all photographers' work can be quite the pain.
ffffl*ckr is a site that takes a whole new approach to finding your favourites. It's based upon the assumption that if you like a certain photo, it's likely that you'll like the favourites of the photographer who took that picture.
All this is presented in a very stylish and easy to use interface. Just click a picture you like and you'll bring up 20 of that photographer's favourites.
